1. Service

CepteWeb provides tools for creating, managing, and publishing digital business card/invitation pages and related services.

2. Accounts & security

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• Activities under your account are assumed to be authorized by you.

3. User Content & Liability

You are solely responsible for all content (text, images, logos, graphics, audio, video, etc.) that you create, upload, or share on the platform.

• Copyright: You must own or have permission to use all content you upload. You may not use logos, images, or trademarks belonging to others without authorization.
• Third-party rights: Your content must not infringe on any intellectual property rights, personality rights, or other legal rights of third parties.
• Liability: All legal responsibility, claims, or damages arising from your content are yours alone. CepteWeb is not responsible for user-generated content.
• Content removal: We reserve the right to remove content that violates the law or third-party rights without prior notice.

4. Prohibited use

• Unlawful content, fraud, or impersonation
• Unauthorized access attempts or exploitation of vulnerabilities
• Collecting personal data of others without authorization
• Uploading content that infringes copyright

5. Intellectual property

Website content, trademarks, and software belong to CepteWeb or respective rights holders. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect damages.

9. Billing, Subscription & Refund Policy

9.1. Service Type

CepteWeb provides digital SaaS services, including digital business cards, invitations, and online profile hosting.
All services are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.

9.2. Pricing & Subscription

Some services are provided as paid plans or subscriptions.

By purchasing a plan:

• You authorize CepteWeb to charge your payment method for the selected plan.
• Subscription plans are billed in advance.
• If a subscription is selected, it automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
• Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their user panel.
• After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period.

9.3. Refund Policy

Because CepteWeb provides digital services, refunds are limited.

A refund may be requested only if:

• The request is submitted within 14 days of purchase, and
• The service has not been significantly used or consumed

No refunds are granted if:

• The digital service has been actively used,
• The content has been published, generated, or distributed,
• The account was suspended due to policy violations.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

9.4. Chargebacks & Abuse

If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting CepteWeb, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate the account,
• Provide usage logs and digital delivery records to the payment processor.

Fraudulent chargebacks are considered abuse.

9.5. Business Identity
